Directions:

*Spray mist over your hand wrist/neck (behind ears)/ chest area and gently rub them for few second to let the scent flowing out with body warmth. Get started with mindfulness and focus on your breathing before sleep. 

*Spray mist over your legs area and gently rub onto your skin. 

*Spray mist over your pillow or bedding
